Beautiful things # 1

allthings_well posted this morning a beginning of a list of 10 beautiful things...I like that idea, though I don't know that I can limit myself to 10. ;) It's not just ten things that I can think of that are beautiful, but things that hit me...wow! kind of things.

When I first read her post, I thought pessimistically that nothing was beautiful this morning...migraines do that to me. And then, I got my first one! Hannah gave me my digital camera that was used yesterday at our Church feast, and I curiously looked at what was there.

# 1. A baby's contagious smile. I think one of the big reasons I love kids is that their love is so infectious, and their trust is so huge.

So. Remember, that no matter what's going on, or how you feel, there's always something that God throws at us saying, "See! I'm still here! Look what I've made for you!"

If you think of it today, could you pray for me? I've had this migraine since Friday night, and though I can go to work with it, it's kind of stressful this week because I'm closing and therefore I can't leave early if it gets really nasty.
