"I'm feeling good today, Mikey!"

So, let's see what I got done on my list:

~~put clean sheets on my bed~~
finish Hailie's dress
~~balance the checkbook~~ (Proof of my mathematic skills!)
take a long walk
finish Pilgrim's Regress
make a Topsy Turvy Apple Pie

Doesn't look like much, does it? Well, I got the ~~spring~~ autumn cleaning bug and in addition to the above, I:

washed my bedspread, shams and blanket throw
washed my sheers and vallances
washed my windows inside and out (boy were they dirty!)
raked and vacuumed my floor
vacuumed cobwebs and my screens
'draino'd' our tub's drain
wrote a long overdue letter to my grandma
took some Hailie pics and uploaded some more icons (79,

singersdd!)

Now you know. And I feel so accomplished! :)

Current Mood: accomplished

Ok, so it is for Jessica and me anyway.

*happy sigh* I love sleeping in. Kind of makes up for having to get up Way Too Early two days a week.

Plans for this weekend? None. Just getting some stuff done like:

balancing the checkbook
taking a long walk

From my earlier list I've:

Maybe get a car wash so that it will rain

Get my tires checked

Wow, that looks pathetic! But then I also worked from 6:30 to 12:00, so that's got to count for something. I've started on my room though, I found that I still do have a desktop, and now have room for my feet under my desk once again. :)

I haven't decided yet on a Scripture passage to memorize yet, I'm thinking along epistle lines. Philippians was suggested, anyone else have a passage that has really meant a lot to them, either because of putting it to memory, or just reading it a lot?

I got Casting Crowns' new album, Lifesong today!

And just for the record...I don't know what it is with me and cars, but as many times as I fuel it, or look under the hood, I can never remember what side of the car the gas cap is on, or where in the world the latch is under the hood. Is this a girl thing?

Ok, I should stop procrastinating....

Clean my room...seems like it never stays clean for some reason or another.

Do step two (day four) of my bread...it's growing! :D

Read/watch Tastefully Simple stuff for my party on Saturday

Start drawing/sketching again

Find a passage (in the Bible) to begin memorizing....any ideas?

Read more of The Great Divorce to myself, and to dad (I'm recording it for him so that he can listen to it)

Finish some books. Yes, now there's an idea!
