I rarely drank coffee till I met Guy. He has to have coffee in the morning to wake up and now I need one cup (one cup only!) to get awake.
As for ADD/ADHD, I think it's entirely "diagnosed" too often. A lot of it stems from teachers not wanting to deal with bouncy, energetic boy personalities - and the fact that elementary schools have started eliminating recess. GRRRRR ('nother reason to think about homeschooling). The thing that works with dogs works with kids: tired kids are calm kids. Calm kids can pay better attention to what they're hearing and reading. T.v. and video games don't help much, either, because they lower the attention span.
